Bloomsburg, Lock Haven, and Mansfield have each enjoyed a long history of musical excellence since their foundings in the mid-1800s. Together as Commonwealth University, we’re expanding music education and performance opportunities for students across our campuses.

Some of these new opportunities include:

  • Greater resources – music, instruments, guest artists
  • Access to more faculty experts
  • Shared ensemble performances across campuses
  • Expanded course offerings

Academic programs in music are available at the Bloomsburg and Mansfield campuses while all locations enjoy music ensemble activities (band, orchestra, choir).

Marching Into Success Band Scholarship
For New Students Attending One of the Commonwealth University of PA Campuses
$1,000 Renewable Scholarships* for participating in Marching Bands and Concert Bands

*A limited number of scholarships can be offered. Interested students must apply for admission and be admitted to the University in order to be considered for the scholarship.
