This program provides a generalized approach where you select courses from different disciplines within the business department and other corresponding majors. Additionally, the business administration program provides you with experience critical to success in today's fast-paced, global environment.
Program Overview
- Zeigler Institute for Professional Development (ZIPD): Sponsors executive panels, seminars, and a business conference to help students develop professional skills and network with alumni.
- Applied Curriculum: One of the hallmarks of our program is the opportunity for experiential learning through extra-curricular activities, internships, Corporate Executive Speech Series, and our ZIPD Annual Business Conference.
- Pre-Professional Experiences: You’ll have the opportunity to sharpen your skills in our specialized hubs for professional development like the Giuffre Center for Supply Chain Management, the Benner-Hudock Center for Financial Analysis, and the Professional Sales Center. You’ll develop a competitive advantage as you participate in the Zeigler Institute for Professional Development (ZIPD). And you’ll do all this before an internship, MBA, or landing a job.

Online A.S. in Business Administration
Our Associate in Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration program, offered by Bloomsburg, Lock Haven and Mansfield via an online instruction method, provides students with a fundamental understanding of business principles, management practices, and essential business operations. This program covers key areas including basic business concepts, management, marketing, accounting fundamentals, and business communications.

- Financial Planning Association (FPA): The FPA coordinates industry speakers, workshops, field trips in the areas of personal financial planning.
- American Marketing Association: The American Marketing Association is the leading business club offering a multitude of real-life opportunities in the world of marketing. No other club does what we do. We make sure that after leaving CU, you are ready for the next step in marketing by making sure you have developed professionally, that you have experienced what its like to work in marketing and that you are ready to apply everything you learned in the classroom on real life situations with real businesses.
