The Registrar's Office is the central office for student scheduling and registration, as well as commencement, college transcripts, undergraduate degree clearance, enrollment verifications, transfer credits, changing of a major, or declaring a minor.

The Summer 2024 and Fall 2024 registration periods are just around the corner. Here is a listing of important registration information:
- All undergraduate degree seeking students are required to receive academic advising prior to registration. Please contact your primary academic advisor as listed in Banner Student Self-Service for specific advising information and to schedule an advising session.
- The Summer 2024 and Fall 2024 course schedules are now posted to Banner Student Self-Service.
- For resources to access and navigate Banner Student Self-Service visit commonwealthu.edu/my-commonwealthu/banneronesis-student-training.
- Commonwealth University General Education Program information is available at commonwealthu.edu/academics/general-education.
- Legacy Mansfield, Lock Haven and Bloomsburg General Education programs are available on the campus legacy websites.
- Registration through Banner Student Self-Service is available daily 8:00 AM through Midnight.
Please plan early for an efficient and seamless Summer 2024 and Fall 2024 registration process.

Waitlists will not be an option for this semester. If a course is closed and you need a course to graduate, please reach out to their advisor.

Student Records
Your historical student information (Admissions, Enrollment, Records, Program, Curriculum, etc.) previously stored in the PeopleSoft, Jenzabar, and/or Colleague Student Information System (SIS) was migrated to the new SIS - Banner. Registration activity in the new Banner SIS began for summer 2023 and fall 2023 sessions.
Records will be retained in accordance with FERPA guidelines (see the FERPA Request Form) and our Record Retention Plan in which the Registrar holds the responsibility to permanently retain registration and academic records. Guidance on requesting transcripts is available on the Registrar’s Office web pages for Bloomsburg, Lock Haven, and Mansfield which provides contact information for the University’s designated agent, Parchment, for processing and sending official transcripts.
