Banner/OneSIS Student FAQs – Running List

Below are the Student FAQs, regarding Banner/OneSIS advising and registration.  It is anticipated that this list will grow, and the posted FAQs will be updated weekly, if necessary.

Live Training Sessions – Schedule and Zoom Links

Various Banner/OneSIS Zoom training sessions were scheduled from Monday, March 20, 2023, through Friday, March 31, 2023.  The live sessions mirrored the Zoom recorded sessions (linked above) in terms of content with the Ellucian Banner/OneSIS consultant prepared to answer questions.

Access to Banner & Creating a Plan

Banner is now live with all student data and can be accessed here:

From here, click on the Student Self Service (PROD) button.  You will then select “Commonwealth” to sign into your account, which takes you to your SSO.  You will then select Registration and go through the steps to Plan Ahead and select courses as part of the registration process.
