Nicole Theofanis, MHS, PA-C, a dedicated physician assistant with over 10  years of comprehensive healthcare experience.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Temple University, and a Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania.

Clinically, Professor Theofanis has extensive experience in all areas of cardiovascular medicine including general cardiology, invasive cardiology, vascular cardiology and advanced heart failure.  Professor Theofanis has been a faculty member at Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania since 2023, and recently took on the role of faculty clinical coordinator.

Professor Theofanis is passionate about bridging clinical practice with medical education, preparing the next generation of physician assistants through hands-on training and comprehensive curriculum development.  Her research interests include cardiovascular disease prevention, advanced clinical training techniques, and improving patient outcomes through interdisciplinary healthcare approaches.

Beyond her professional commitments, Professor Theofanis cherishes her role as a mother to two sons. When not in the clinic or classroom, she prioritizes family time and enjoys cooking, gardening and all outdoor activities.
