Nicholas Hoffman '16

Nicholas is the current Global Customer Care Manager for Crayola managing daily order operations working cross functionally with operations, finance and supply chain. He has been with Crayola for 8.5 years experiencing a wide variety of roles in Manufacturing, Logistics, and Operations. Prior to his time at Crayola, Nicholas started his career at Amazon in their Logistics Operations division. He has nearly a decade of proven success in operations, manufacturing, logistics and continuous improvement.

Nicholas graduated from Bloomsburg University in 2016 with a degree in Supply Chain Management. Throughout his time at Bloomsburg, Nicholas was a member of the Maroon and Gold Marching band, APICS Supply Chain Management Club where he served as President his senior year as well as Bloomsburg University FBLA -PBL where he served on the executive board for 2 years. In addition to his undergraduate degree in Supply Chain from Bloomsburg University, Nicholas also received his MBA in 2023 from DeSales University. Nicholas attends the ZIPD conference yearly where he serves as a panelist on a variety of panel discussions as well as enjoys networking with students.

Beyond the professional world, Nicholas enjoys spending his time with his wife who is also a BU Graduate, daughter and two dogs. They enjoy golfing, live music, and spending time away in the Poconos.
