Gerald Douglas '18

Gerald Douglas earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University in 2018 and is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing Analytics, at Colorado State University. As an undergraduate, Gerald was a Board of Governor’s Scholar and served as a Husky Ambassador, reflecting an early commitment to academic excellence, volunteerism, and leadership. He currently serves as an Area Sales Manager for PepsiCo Beverages North America in Kearny, NJ.

Since joining PepsiCo in 2018, Gerald has held progressive leadership roles, including Unit General Manager, Walmart Regional Sales Manager, and multiple frontline leadership roles early on. Notably, he was named 2023 North Division Regional Sales Manager of the Year for his exceptional results and commitment to team development.

Deeply engaged with his alma mater, Gerald actively returns to campus to mentor students, support university initiatives, and identify new opportunities to contribute to the Bloomsburg community. He has also facilitated visits bringing PepsiCo colleagues to campus to share industry insights and foster student professional development. His passions extend to mentorship, coaching, and community volunteerism, reflecting his dedication to empowering others both personally and professionally.

Outside of work, Gerald enjoys traveling, snowboarding, fitness, and spending quality time with family and friends.
