Women's Adventure Experience
Calling all women! Are you ready to get outside? We have a program for you! The Women’s Adventure Program has been created by women, for women!
We are looking for 5-10 women who are interested in taking a step out of their comfort zone and developing leadership skills through adventure!
WAE will take place in the fall 2026 semester and will consist of:
- 5 weekend adventure trips
- 6 evening community building sessions
- A small group of like-minded women all looking to get outdoors
- A whole lot of fun!
The WAE schedule will be:
- Trip 1: Sunday, August 30th
- White Water Rafting
We will spend the day cruising down the Lehigh River!

- Trip 2: Friday, September 11th - Sunday, September 13th
- Camping at Hickory Run State Park
We will leave Friday evening and set up camp and return home Sunday morning. We will get to hike, hang out, play games, make smores and check out the boulder field! All Dinners will be provided by Quest.

- High Ropes Course and Rockwall
Zip through the trees on a zipline and see campus from above on our very own rock wall and high ropes course on upper campus!

- Trip 4: Sunday, October 4th
- Outdoor Climbing
We will take our skills learned on the previous trip at the rock wall and put them to the test on real rocks! Spend the day hanging out and climbing an outdoor rock face!

For the last trip, we will float down the Susquehanna and see the sunset!

- Evening Sessions
- The evening sessions will happen each week prior to a weekend trip, with one final event at the end of the programs. Each one will be different, but activities will include games, painting, movie nights, campfires, and more! Evening sessions will be planned around everyone's class schedules and will typically by 1-2 hours on a weeknight,

How to join:
- WAE will cost $250 per person
- This price covers the cost needed to run exclusive programs with experienced guides and all gear and transportation included. This also covers our fun and informational evening sessions to hang out, play games and build community.
- Spots are limited! You can only reserve a spot by registering
- To sign up: use this link and register by the end of May 2026.
- Once sign ups are closed, the guides will reach out by email with more information so you are prepared to start in the Fall semester.
