The Journey Bank Arts In Bloom series is comprised of high-caliber professional touring headliners, as well as performances and exhibits by Commonwealth University - Bloomsburg's resident producers.

Arts in Bloom programming attracts students to our university, and citizens to our region. By sharing the talents of visiting artists and resident producers, we strive to unite the community in the arts.

11:00 AM - 4:00 PM. On headliner show days, our hours are 11:00 AM - curtain.
The Box Office is located in Pettit Center for the Arts. For shows taking place in Carver Hall's K.S. Gross Auditorium, our box office will be located at the entrance of Carver Hall the day of the show.

Behind the Lines: A 9/11 Story

Friday, Sept. 18 2026 Carver Hall - K.S. Gross Auditorium Behind the Lines: A 9/11 Story is the latest production from Farinacci and Poling’s Modern Warrior, a nationally recognized production that unites real stories, live music, and theatre to explore loss, resilience, and the unseen aftermath of life-changing experiences. Deeply integrated within veteran and mental health communities, Behind the Lines: A 9/11 Story has become a trusted cultural partner for organizations and leaders focused on resilience, service, and reintegration—bringing lived experience to the stage in a way that expands public understanding and reduces isolation.

Friday, Oct. 23 2026 Pettit Center for the Arts - Mitrani Hall Eddie 9V has an endless stockpile of cool stories – and you’ll find twelve of them on his most recent studio album Saratoga, released in November 2024 on the fabled Ruf Records label. A thrilling mix of Southern soul, blues, rock, and funk, Saratoga proved to be a gamechanger: a road trip-ready record filled with razorsharp observations, vintage textures, and raw humanity.

PUSH Physical Theatre: HYDE

Friday, Nov. 13 2026 Carver Hall - K.S. Gross Auditorium The physical theatre art of PUSH is a multi-disciplinary form of physical storytelling—using dance, partnering, athleticism, acrobatics, mime and artistry—to express what it means to be human. The classic R. L. Stevenson tale The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, also takes as its theme the question of what it means to be human.

Seán Heely’s Celtic Christmas

Friday, Dec. 4 2026 Pettit Center for the Arts - Mitrani Hall Get swept away by the irresistible energy of the Seán Heely Celtic Band (SHCB)! With a powerful blend of ancient melodies from Scotland and Ireland, vibrant rhythms from Galicia and Brittany, and original modern compositions, SHCB creates a rich musical journey through the Celtic world. Their groove and drive will have audiences of all ages tapping their feet and dancing in their seats.

The Flying Karamazov Brothers

Friday, Feb. 5 2027 Pettit Center for the Arts - Mitrani Hall Expect the unexpected with The Flying Karamazov Brothers, featuring the four self-proclaimed eccentric lunatics spicing things up with laugh-out-loud comedy, wild theatrics, arcane errata, and astonishing juggling feats. Formed at UC Santa Cruz in 1973, The Flying Karamazov Brothers have been seen around the world, on Broadway, on television, and on the big screen.

International Guitar Night

Friday, Mar. 5 2027 Carver Hall - K.S. Gross Auditorium International Guitar Night, North America’s longest-running guitar show, is celebrating its 27th Anniversary with the debut of Roxane Elfascir, the award-winning classical virtuoso from France, and three all-time IGN favorites— Acoustic Rock dynamo Luca Stricagnoli from Italy, mellow Slack Key master Kim Jimo West from Hawaii, and the irrepressible blues slide guitar powerhouse Minnie Marks from Australia.
