Mansfield's Dr. Margaret Launius Women’s Center builds and creates a community of authentic and engaged allies and leaders to pursue gender equity and social justice, enhancing the campus climate through education, advocacy, support and leadership development. We provide resources, advocacy, and referral to ALL students, to promote healthy and safe relationships.

The Women’s Center serves as a resource and catalyst using evidence-based practices for transformative learning on both the individual and institutional level around issues of gender, equity, and interpersonal violence.

The WRC Lounge

The Women's Resource Center offers a cozy lounge with couches, tables and chairs, a television, mini fridge, coffee maker, and more. The lounge is open to all women identifying students at MU, as well as students of all other gender identification who may benefit from the services of or interaction with the WRC.

WRC Library

Students are welcome to check out a variety of resources within the Women's Center literary collection. This includes books and videos on topics such as women's history, feminist studies, women's empowerment, sexual assault, intimate partner violence, and much more. Connect with the Women's Resource Center Director or Student Worker for more information.
