Communication Studies Students and Faculty Present at Regional Convention

Five CU-Bloomsburg communication studies students presented at the 2026 Eastern Communication Association Convention, held April 9-12 in Pittsburgh.
Amber Lieb and Scott Rumbough presented their paper, “Nonverbal Communication within Group Interactions in Association with Self-Esteem Levels and the Big Five Personality Traits.”
Lilliana Drosnock, Lydia Price, and Grace Rinehimer were presenters on “Uncertainty Management and Institutional Change: A Round Table Discussion” with faculty members Drs. Erin Brummett, Paula Hopeck, Angela G. La Valley, and Robert J. Green. Grace also presented with Dr. Hopeck: “Knowing Our Neighbors: Connecting Campus and Community.”
