Commonwealth University-Mansfield is holding their Juried Student Exhibition through Feb. 22 in the Loomis Gallery, Allen Hall. Gallery hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The exhibition is traditionally held every two years and is open to all CU-Mansfield students. Requirements for the exhibition include all art and design work that must be done during the student's time at Mansfield. 

The juror for this year's exhibition is alumnus, Ky Sattler, who graduated from Mansfield with a bachelor's degree in graphic design in 2018. Sattler is an assistant professor in graphic and media design at Alfred State College in New York. 

Placement awards consist of Best in Show, first place, second place, third place and two honorable mentions. Awards will be announced during the Awards Reception on Feb. 15 from 4-6 p.m. in the gallery.

This year's exhibition has 19 participating students and 47 artworks in total. CU-Mansfield Juried Student Exhibition 2024 participants include Faith Burrowes, of Rome, Pennsylvania; Susan Citro, of Wellsboro; Anna Comly, of Springville; Katie Detwiler, of West Chester; Regan Drasher, of Selinsgrove; Lillian Fisher, of Spring City; Jeanne Kagle, of Corning, New York; Jessa Lohr, of Wellsboro; Dean Lucas, of Gillett; Anissa Lytle, of York; Onyx McMillan, of Philadelphia; Michael Morgan, of Mansfield; Vanessa Muller, of Montrose; Mackenzie Roio, of Scranton; Harold Sanchez, of Easton; Samantha Stanton, of Binghamton, New York; Gabriella R. Thomas, of Lawrenceville; Adyn Ulrich, of Corning, New York; and Kendal Warren, of Mansfield.
