Honorary Alumni Award

The Honorary Alumni Award is the Alumni Association’s recognition for an individual who are not graduates of Commonwealth University-Lock Haven (or its predecessor institutions) but who have made significant, sustained contributions to the university’s welfare, reputation, mission, or community. It honors friends, supporters, faculty/staff, donors, community leaders, or others whose efforts have strengthened Lock Haven and embodied its values of personal resilience, leadership, service, and excellence. This award complements the Distinguished Alumni and Outstanding Early Career Professional Awards by extending recognition beyond the graduate community.

Outstanding Early Career Award

To recognize recent graduates who have demonstrated exceptional professional accomplishments, leadership, and promise early in their careers, while potentially giving back to the university or community.

Distinguished Alumni Award

This award will be considered the highest honor from the Alumni Association, recognizing lifetime achievement, sustained excellence, and significant contributions to profession, society, and/or the university.
