The Office of Information Technology is responsible for providing technology services, resources, training and information to all members of the university community.

Information Technology Overview
- Administrative Applications — Creates, modifies and maintains the computer programs that support our administrative and academic information systems.
- Commonwealth Academic Technology Support Center (CATS) — Addresses and supports the needs of faculty for technology integration in the classroom and distance education.
- Information Security — Protects the university’s digital resources by responding to security incidents, assessing risks, and promoting cybersecurity awareness through training and outreach.
- Network Infrastructure Systems — Provides network services, telecommunication services and maintains network equipment and applications.
- Performing Arts and Multimedia Services — Operates university performing arts venues and media facilities and schedules all activities for the auditoriums.
- Technology Support Services — Provides desktop support for faculty/staff offices, computers in classrooms, labs and residence halls, exam scanning services, as well as for instructional media presentation systems (IMPS).

CU is upgrading door lock systems across Bloomsburg residence halls and select academic buildings with modern Wi-Fi-enabled tap-reader locks. The new system provides enhanced security, faster support, improved reliability, and a simpler tap-to-enter experience using existing University ID cards. CU is executing a strategic modernization of its campus telephony environment to enhance reliability, improve user experience, and support long-term sustainability. This initiative standardizes a unified Cisco-based communications platform across all campuses, replacing legacy systems and aligning with current and future technology needs. - A comprehensive knowledge base to search frequently asked questions is available.
- When entering a ticket for the first time, users will need to SIGN IN at the top right of the page.
- If unable to log in, please call the help desk, we will be happy to enable you on the system if our initial integration failed to enable you.
