CASSH CON brings together students and alumni to explore career possibilities, build professional connections, and gain insights that can help shape their future.
Careers in Arts, Social Sciences, and Humanities (CASSH CON) is a CU-wide professional development event meant to connect alumni with current students to share their wisdom, provide advice and encouragement, assist students in developing their professional network and exploring career opportunities in a variety of fields. The conference typically runs for several days and includes a keynote speaker and industry or topic-specific panel sessions. CASSH CON is part of Professional U: an intentional infusion of opportunities for alumni and employer connections, professional development, and financial support for the career and professional experiences that transform our college students into confident professionals.

- Keynote Speaker: Christopher Brittain, The Learning Never Stops: Advice for Succeeding in a Shifting Workforce Landscape — Dr. Chris Brittain is a higher-education professional who specializes in alternative pathways to earning a four-year degree. He is a 2010 graduate of Lock Haven University with a bachelor's degree in English and Communication Media and a 2012 graduate of the university's Master of Liberal Arts program with a concentration in Higher Education Administration.
