Information Technology Overview
- Administrative Applications - Creates, modifies and maintains the computer programs that support our administrative and academic information systems.
- Commonwealth Academic Technology Support - Addresses and supports the needs of faculty for technology integration in the classroom and distance education.
- Network Infrastructure Systems - Provides network services, telecommunication services and maintains network equipment and applications.
- Performing Arts and Multimedia Services - Operates university performing arts venues and media facilities and schedules all activities for the auditoriums.
- Technology Support Services - Provides desktop support for faculty/staff offices, computers in classrooms, labs and residence halls, exam scanning services, as well as for instructional media presentation systems (IMPS).

All help requests should be directed to the Commonwealth University Help Desk.
- Tickets will automatically be routed to the correct technology personnel to assist with your particular issue.
- A comprehensive knowledge base to search frequently asked questions is available.
- When entering a ticket for the first time, users will need to SIGN IN at the top right of the page.
- If unable to log in, please call the help desk, we will be happy to enable you on the system if our initial integration failed to enable you.
