Join us and fellow alum, Chris Cardone '02, 2017 Diageo World Class U.S. Bartender of the Year, who will teach us some tips and tricks to making amazing beverages.
We'll sprinkle in some Bloomsburg trivia with prizes for extra fun, and clue you in on ways to get involved with future events. ;-)

Supplies List
- Pear Apple Mule
2 oz Dark or Aged Rum
.75 oz Fresh lemon juice (can be juiced on the day of)
.75 oz Apple Cider syrup*
3 oz Ginger Beer
Garnish: Thyme
- Dirty Chai Martini (Non-Alcoholic)
2 oz Lyres Coffee Originale (can be shipped direct to consumer from the website or on Amazon)
1 oz Cold Brew Coffee
.25 oz Chai Syrup**
.5 oz Aquafaba***
Garnish: Grated Cinnamon
- *Apple Cider Syrup
1 Cup of white sugar
1 Cup of Apple Cider
Combine both ingredients into a pot, over medium heat. Stir constantly until all the sugar is dissolved. Then remove from the heat and allow to cool. Store in a tempered container and place in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- **Chai Syrup
1 Cup of Chai Tea
1 Cup of white sugar

- ***Aquafaba
Buy 1 can of chickpeas at any supermarket. Strain the aquafaba liquid out of the can. (Use the beans for any lunch or dinner of your liking). Store the liquid in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
