The New York Times has praised his work as "Glittering!" and "Pop-infused," while concert pianist Nicholas Phillips notes, "Mark Olivieri writes music that satiates performers and listeners like a breath of fresh air. Mark Olivieri is a composer and pianist whose music has garnered international acclaim, with performances at prestigious venues including Carnegie Hall, The Kennedy Center, The Sibelius Academy, The Royal Academy of Music in Stockholm, Glinka Concert Hall in St. Petersburg, Harpa Concert Hall in Reykjavik, Iceland and most recently Teatro Mayor in Bogotá, Colombia.
