Registration Information
- Applications due by Monday, September 30, 2024.
Vendor Guidelines
- Vendors may bring their own 10 ft. x 10 ft. canopy tent with corner weights.
- Vendors provide their own tables and chairs.
- Vendors must keep a clean eye-appealing space.
- Vendors are responsible for providing documentation of certificates, permits and insurance.
- It is the sole responsibility of food vendors to supply documentation of sales tax license, ServSafe certification and retail food facility license on the day of the event.
- Food trucks and trailers must be self contained. There is no electric or water hook up available.
- We ask that you check in no later than 11:00 AM. Please be fully organized and ready for the event to start by 11:30 AM.
- Homecoming Thrive vendors may begin pack up at 3:31 PM, but please, no earlier.
