We welcome alumni and friends back to Mansfield to reconnect with old classmates, enjoy great food and learn about all the great things taking place on campus.

2025 Alumni Weekend

Mansfield 2025 Alumni Weekend celebrations will be held June 20 – 22, 2025.

The following events require pre-registration:

Notice: All fees must be paid for registration to be complete. Refunds cannot be issued after the registration deadline of June 13, 2025.

Mansfield Alumni Weekend Golf Tournament at Tyoga Golf Course
  • 8:00 AM Registration, 9:00 AM Shot Gun Start
  • Pre-registration is required for this event.

Golf Registration

Mansfield Spirit Store
  • 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM — Alumni Hall, 2nd Floor
Alumni Surf & Turf Buffet Style Dinner 
  • 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM — Main Manser
  • Happy Hour will begin at 5:30 PM with dinner to follow at 6:00 PM.
  • Pre-registration is required for this event. All fees must be paid for registration to be complete.
  • Refunds cannot be issued after the registration deadline.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. Photo ID required.
  • Cost is $65/pp — An attendant will take your ticket at the start of the buffet.
  • All participants will be entered to win (1) of (3) ornaments.

Surf & Turf Registration

Open Mic Night & Social
  • 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM — Laurel Lawn (Rain location is the Hut)
  • Pre-registration is required for performers. Recommended for everyone.
  • An assortment of drinks including beer & wine and light snacks will be available.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol.
  • This is a free event

Society of Honors Inductee Ceremony
  • 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM — North Manser Dining Hall
  • Pre-registration is required for this event. All fees must be paid for registration to be complete.
  • Refunds cannot be issued after the registration deadline.
  • Cost is $35/pp.

  • Pre-registration is required for this event. All fees must be paid for registration to be complete.

  • Cost is $15/pp.
  • Choice of one (1)
    • Deli-sliced turkey and swiss sandwich on hearty wheat bread
    • Bavarian ham and swiss on a pretzel roll
    • Grilled vegetable wrap with provolone, tomato, lettuce & pesto mayo with pine nuts in a tortilla wrap

  • 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM — Straughn Hall
  • Pre-registration is required for this event. All fees must be paid for registration to be complete.
  • Refunds cannot be issued after the registration deadline.

    • $0/pp Children 3 and under and Students w/ID
    • $10/pp - Children 4-17 and Adults 55 and over
    • $15/pp – Adults 18-54

*Participants singing in the Choir do not need to purchase a ticket.

We are excited to offer on campus housing during Alumni Weekend. Live the "Suite Life" for the weekend. The price is $55 per person/per night. We have a limited number of rooms with one or two bedrooms available on the 4th Floor of Sycamore. Please reserve your suite no later than Friday, June 13, 2025.
Sycamore Residence Hall
  • Rooms are available June 19 – 22, 2025.
  • Pre-registration is required and you must be at least 18 years of age. All fees must be paid for registration to be complete.
  • Refunds cannot be issued after the registration deadline.
  • Please provide your own linens, pillow and toiletries.
  • Cost is $55 per person/per night.
  • If you are sharing a suite, please make sure to provide your roommates name in the registration field as this will be required when rooms are assigned.
Check In and Out
  • June 19 – Check In 3-5pm in Alumni Hall, outside of G4
  • June 20 – Check In/Out 3-5pm at Sycamore Front Desk
  • June 21 – Check In/Out 2-4pm at Sycamore Front Desk
  • June 22 – Check Out required no later than 12pm at Sycamore Front Desk

Notice: Check In or Out during these times are preferred. You must visit Campus Police for keys outside of these hours.
