Dr. Stephen Lee serves as Vice President for Enrollment Management at Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania, providing strategic leadership for enrollment initiatives across the Bloomsburg, Lock Haven, and Mansfield campuses. He leads a unified enrollment management division responsible for undergraduate and graduate admissions, financial aid, workforce development, and early college programs.

With a data-informed and student-centered approach, Dr. Lee oversees the development and execution of comprehensive enrollment strategies designed to support student success and achieve the university's recruitment and retention goals. His leadership includes domestic and international recruitment, financial aid leveraging, and the implementation of enrollment management best practices that position Commonwealth University for continued growth in an increasingly competitive higher education landscape.

In addition to his university-wide responsibilities, Dr. Lee serves as the Lock Haven Campus Administrator, representing the university on behalf of the President and fostering strong partnerships with campus stakeholders and the surrounding community. He also provides executive oversight for Lock Haven Athletics, supporting 21 NCAA athletic programs and promoting a well-rounded student experience.
