Taking part in Student Activities, Student Clubs, and Student Organizations is a great way to get involved at Commonwealth University-Mansfield. With a variety of student organizations of all types and sizes to choose from, there's something for everyone.
The Office of Student Involvement promotes student learning and community through high impact student engagement that develops student leaders through co-curricular / extra-curricular experiences which enable our students to complement their academic learning experience by further developing critical thinking, decision making, values clarification, and problem solving skills.

- Club Budget and Special Account Voucher
This form is used to request cash advances (up to $100), reimbursements, and purchase orders from club budget accounts and special accounts. - Departmental Account Voucher
This form is used to request cash advances, reimbursements, and Purchase orders from CCSI department budget accounts. - Club Account Balance Request
Complete this form to request account balances for your club's budget and/or special account. - Contingency Request Form
Clubs should submit a contingency request form if they are looking for additional funding to support an existing item in their budget, or for new programming needs. This form is reviewed and approved on a case by case basis. - Transfer of Funds Form
If your group is traveling for a club activity you must complete a travel form. This form must be completed and returned to the Student Activities Office two weeks prior to the departure date of the trip - Club Fundraising Form

Strait Planetarium
The Strait Planetarium on the Mansfield campus features a digital projection system, surround sound, and 100 comfortable reclining seats for optimal viewing. The planetarium is located in the Grant Sciences building at the heart of campus, and is the only planetarium in CU.
