The rates below only apply to a full withdrawal from the university. Partial withdrawals are not eligible for any change in charges after the add/drop period. Total tuition and tuition fee charges billed will be refunded (reduced) at the following rates; the difference will be the student’s responsibility. A portion of, or all of, a student’s financial aid may need to be returned to the specific aid program, based on the withdrawal date entered, as the financial aid has not been fully earned. Financial aid refunds issued to the student or parent may need to be returned. The amount due will then become the responsibility of the student. We strongly urge students who receive any financial aid and/or who are considering a withdrawal from the university to speak to the Financial Aid Office/Student Billing Office to confirm the implications of a withdrawal on their student account.
